the staff was helpful. evgeni was especially kind. the location of the hotel was convenient and the hotel provided many facilities.
i noticed the second night's tariff was higher than advertised. the room conditions were disappointing, particularly regarding the damaged door and bathroom lock.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. i liked that tea was always available for free downstairs and i could bring it to my room after a long day. it was a very good accommodation near the train station and close to the city center.
they charged a 100 euro deposit! i haven't received it yet. the neighborhood of the hotel is a bit scary to walk around at night. it's not a clean or safe neighborhood.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. I particularly appreciated the generous and fresh food options. The location is also convenient for accessing the train station and the tram service.
The neighborhood around the hotel felt somewhat unsafe at night. I also found that a deposit was charged, and i am awaiting its return to my forex card.

The staff was very helpful! Clean, modern rooms are a great plus. Free coffee from a fancy machine that produced multiple options of coffee drinks and hot chocolate was available 24 hours a day. Free bottles of water were available 24 hours a day as well.
The neighborhood is a bit scary to walk around at night.
