fantastic stay
helpful staff free tea
the staff was very helpful and friendly. i liked that tea was always available for free downstairs and i could bring it to my room after a long day. it was a very good accommodation near the train station and close to the city center.
they charged a 100 euro deposit! i haven't received it yet. the neighborhood of the hotel is a bit scary to walk around at night. it's not a clean or safe neighborhood.

breakfast buffet fresh food unsafe neighborhood deposit charge
The breakfast buffet was excellent. I particularly appreciated the generous and fresh food options. The location is also convenient for accessing the train station and the tram service.
The neighborhood around the hotel felt somewhat unsafe at night. I also found that a deposit was charged, and i am awaiting its return to my forex card.

helpful staff modern room free coffee
The staff was very helpful! Clean, modern rooms are a great plus. Free coffee from a fancy machine that produced multiple options of coffee drinks and hot chocolate was available 24 hours a day. Free bottles of water were available 24 hours a day as well.
The neighborhood is a bit scary to walk around at night.

the hotel is very close to the train station. the location made it easy to get around. i liked having complimentary coffee and water available 24 hours.

baked goods great service complimentary coffee
The breakfast had freshly baked goods and cooked options. It really set the day! mohamed ensured everything needed was available and provided great service. complimentary coffees and waters were a bonus. I loved that.
the neighborhood was a bit scary to walk around at night! though the hotel itself felt safe.
